Description
Had fish and chips at a little cafe overlooking Moreton Bay in Scarborough on the Redcliff Peninsula near Brisbane in South East Queensland and loved the way the owners has decorated the outside with brightly painted render and painted wooden details attached. This is of course a door detail...clever people.

Very clever and I love the colors - like the fish is getting ready to swim off the board and into the water. This is one of my two Picks of the Day in the Best of Minimalism in Photography group for January 12.
Denise Clark replied:
You are right...he does look as if he is psyching himself up for action. Thank you so much for your comment and vote. Really appreciated,

Great composition and colours. That fish makes me laugh, well done. The odd thing is I live in Scarborough (Ontario, Canada) and I love eating and catching fish!
Denise Clark replied:
I guess they were both named after the Scarborough in England...small world. It made me smile too...thought it was creative and I am glad I was able to share it. Thank you for your comment.
