This is all I could see after scrambling up and enbankment becuase the fence was block with shade cloth and this protruded. Of course I could have yelled out to the blokes I hear in the machinery hire yard and asked them what the turquoise thingummy was but I am not that bold yet.

Thanks Adrian. I spotted a red and white stripey one there when I didn't have my camera. Haven't seen it since. It is a hire yard...maybe I should go in and ask to hire their red stripey whatsit for 10 minutes..LOL Really appreciate your comment and support.
